Like most people say, great employees with huge depth of experience but most of those are gone by now.

Cons

New CEO was initially effective in bringing order in a chaotic company. But he, and the other management he packed the company with lack the basic skills to lead and motivate people. Paranoia rules. There are often multiple, parallel, conflicting initiatives underway and everything is controlled from the top. Top management yells and curses in meetings.
