      Pros

      The non-management folks are great. There are a lot of really good people here, who are experienced professionals. They work hard for the customers and believe in the product.

      Cons

      Your efforts will never be appreciated or rewarded. This is by far the most negative work environment I've ever seen. The management style is SEVERE micro-management. If you're over 40 you will be harassed until you leave. Any position that is open will go to new college graduates and it's sad for them because this negative environment will be there first corporate work experience.

      Pros

      - compensation and benefits are competitive - get to work with leading technology and products - most employees are high quality and good to work with

      Cons

      After 4+ years of marketing a flagship family of products was stricken with cancer. I had 4 months of treatment/disability. Four months after returning was terminated. You make the call....or call and ask them to tell you how well they treat employees.
