      Pros

      Driven, friendly and talented coworkers.! Strong sense of community. Lots of initial training to get up to speed. Leading in industry. Dynamic job, doesn;t get boring. Many opportunities to be involved on projects of high impact that are both challenging and engaging right from the get-go. Good hours and Good benefits (vacation days, 401k, etc..)

      Cons

      The management structure is a little too bureaucratic and micromanaged (particularly for approval of resources). Reduce this and you'll find the communication among peers more enhanced and you'll be amazed in a short time at the results these employees can deliver with the proper resources.

      Pros

      Old AT people - great, knowledgeable, nice to work with. Some product still being market leading solutions. Good salary at starting point.

      Cons

      Crazy business environment - bureaucracy ruled firm, ignoring market and customers' needs. Your customers will soon see you as crazy, stupid or extremely arrogant. Company is not able to acquire new customers - to show results cannibalize installed base by forcing new contract using formal tricks. Newly employed people have to be cheap - means average level of competency goes down.

      Terrible place.....you can get crazy easily

      Pros

      Good penetration in the industry. Expousure to competition that knows that you are treated badly and are willing to leave the company. If you carry no quota you can hide behind a confusing working flow and only moves paper around without take responsability.

      Cons

      Aspen treats employees and customers as thieves. No one has empowerment and no decision is made . Anything takes weeks or months to move or be decide. CEO only cares about his pocket . There are more chiefs than employees and they keep asking you to fullfil useless forms and PP presentations to justify they worthless position.
