      work with the best in the industry, great place to learn and contribute, company experience is valued in industry at large.

      Cons

      inadequate cultivation and valuation of technical talent. overemphasis on sales. inadequate outreach to customers who should be made partners in the development process.

      Decent salary Great people (not management) Not much else unfortunately, I had to think long and hard but could not come up with any other pros

      Cons

      Management does not care about the employees and it shows Run top down with fear As a employee you have no say in anything Atrocious middle management No opportunities for career advancement High turn over (all the good employees leave)
