Pros

Great experience for an entry level position working with APC and other chemical engineering related software. Great exposure to the process control industry Co-workers are very collaborative and willing to share knowledge.

Cons

Pay is relatively poor (considering the current rate of inflation and the increase in cost of living). Management can be extremely micro-managing Bottom line culture – employees are treated more like a number than a person
