Dedicated and smart team. Everyone is very hard working. Lots of career opportunities if you work hard and ask for new opportunties.

Cons

Aspen is a very competitive company and has huge expectation for sales growth. This isn't a bad thing for stock prices, but can lead to a very stressful environment especially during a pandemic year. Budgets/costs are kept very low. It is difficult to accomplish our lofty goals with shoestring budgets. Lots and lots of meetings.

Cons

Company culture needs a serious overhaul. They are not designed to retain high talent individuals. Promotion or advancement is based more on playing nice with middle management than on performance.
