Pros

You gain experience on an excellent software tool. You get to know nice people in the office and you can have good friends in there.

Cons

Too many Cons. The worst con of working there is the management. Starting from the very bottom to the top, the people who are managing the teams lack basic knowledge of everything.

Pros

mints $ (altho not as much as used to) people work hard to do the best they can company succeeds despite itself

Cons

executive management is homegrown and thinks in the past - hasn't got a clue (or cares to) about what other companies are doing in the space - competition is catching up treats employees like gods or expendable pawns - mostly the latter

Great products, they sell themselves. Great PTO and health insurance

Cons

Promotions are impossible to come by and even if you do get one the salary increase is peanuts. No work from home policy even in the midst of a blizzard. No fun perks. Outdated culture.
