Pros

Aspentech has a great team of employees. There is no shortage of talented and hardworking individuals at this organization. I have definitely enjoyed working among a team of co-workers who are highly intelligent and have a can do attitude.

Cons

Management has not been the best in the treatment of the employees unfortunately. There is a definite need for improvement in this vain. Also, there aren't many opportunities for advancement for those who desire.

Best way to learn the product. Best way to survive in any company. Best benefits.

Cons

Low pay. Overload as people keep leaving and it is hard to find someone for such low pay. Management likes to sit on your shoulder while you work. They have time for this. Increase in salary would be 1-2%. Give more responsibilities where none likes to recognise.
