Where to begin? The Customer Care supervisors and manager are rude, ignorant and understand very little about the job. They don't pay attention to our needs and like to blow smoke all the time, when we see how fake they are. They are so afraid of their boss in Houston that they throw us under the bus whenever they can.

Many nice colleagues work here. Otherwise a very hateful and detrimental environment.

Cons

Many downsides here - if you're looking for a job - you should bypass AspenTech and find a good place to work. Management treats people like chattel; they don't even try to hide it.

Only thing I can think of is the BCBS health benefits

Cons

Run like a company still in the 80's Lot's of talk of diversity and inclusion but just profile the exec team - old white guys A culture of combativeness and poor collaboration across organizations Lack of leadership to really understand what's happening at an operational level Absolutely no structure regarding your career path Requesting investment in new internal technologies and resources is useless - company is buried in legacy infrastructure and process Growth strategy is to rely 95% on increasing sales from long term customers- How is that a growth strategy when you're not building your brand with new customers.
