Great benefits and great people. Growth potential Culture was geared towards inclusion and collaboration for many years.

Cons

Executive decisions are made without stakeholder input too frequently. High turn-over rates have resulted in all employees taking on responsibility for multiple positions without support, title changes, or added compensation. A focus on work / life balance is voiced frequently, but it is non-existent. Expect to always be available during nights, weekends, holidays, and even while on vacation.
