Pros

Everything here is good, even the task is C# coding for a java developer, except the salary. Good working environment, good training, good career path and so no.

Cons

The salary is low and unfair. The new members' salary is lower than the old members', The same work experience, you will earn more if you join in a few year ago. The rise of salary is increasingly rapid in China, but aspen rise less.

Pros

Decent salary. A lot of young people.

Cons

I don't really learn much. Their code is not documented at all. Most of the programs I work or won't build for me and my superiors don't help me. I feel like I am going backwards and not gaining valuable experience. I work on a "team" but we all work on separate projects. We are all left in the dark in most areas of the development cycle. Asking questions or for direction only leads to a less then helpful email that arrives 5+ hours later.

Pros

Driven, friendly and talented coworkers.! Strong sense of community. Lots of initial training to get up to speed. Leading in industry. Dynamic job, doesn;t get boring. Many opportunities to be involved on projects of high impact that are both challenging and engaging right from the get-go. Good hours and Good benefits (vacation days, 401k, etc..)

Cons

The management structure is a little too bureaucratic and micromanaged (particularly for approval of resources). Reduce this and you'll find the communication among peers more enhanced and you'll be amazed in a short time at the results these employees can deliver with the proper resources.
