- Good team - Good benefits - Nice office space

Cons

- Everyone who is a VP/Director can do absolutely no wrong and make zero mistakes - Their mistakes have a domino effect and that lands on you. You are then pulled into meetings for their mistakes and immediately have a target on your back - Very difficult to move within the company if you are in a revenue driving role

I really enjoy working in AspireIQ. One of the best moments - the ability to participate in many aspects of product development and feel personal connection to the product. From a technical standpoint there is a lot of freedom on the technology stack, the only requirement - each tool must improve code and project quality and reduce maintenance costs.
