Pros

dogs in office Fine if you can be on your own and can work 24/7.

Cons

- no empathy - They have a very good selling technique during interview process but then on joining you realize it was all empty and you will get utter disappointment. - They talk about career growth and maintaining/keeping good culture but absolutely nothing is in place and everyone is really busy to even discuss any of that.

Pros

Flexible vacation policy, Good Offices, Top clients

Cons

Working here was an incredibly toxic experience mostly due to management's lack of decency and integrity. Leadership has no alignment, empathy, or respect for the employees. The role was based on false promises for salary expectations, with no tools, set up, or proper training. Goals were not set based on strategic forecasting but rather just set at arbitrary random and were completely unattainable and unrealistic. Management is not open to feedback and is fixated in their own mindsets of what they want the end result to be vs. making sure there is a process to achieve those results that is viable. This place is an HR liability, however HR is in place to support management reinforce themselves rather than there to support employees.
