NO raises, incredibly clique-y environment, no appreciation if you work hard, so no real point in working hard. Management is toxic & incompetent. CEO is a brain dead child. I feel like this company is North Korea except worse. They don't know how to properly staff accounts so they just randomly move people around to different clients. All management cares about is making themselves look good at the expense of the overworked lower level employees. They take credit for everything but rarely do anything. The company does not seem sustainable.
