A good company to begin your career as a fresher

Good learning curve in case you are a fresher. If you are lucky, you get to work with lots of challenging tasks.

Cons

Some managers have a very bad outlook. Work life Balance becomes very difficult. Some of the policies do not help the employees in anyway. Ur career becomes great or pathetic based on your manager. Dirty politics here and there. Lack of projects. Lack of clarity and vision. Career map will be very vague.

Pros

Great work culture, employee caring, lots of oppurtunites for career growth and learning. A fast growing company which takes care of it's employee very well.

Cons

There is no active recognition programme for functional teams like technical teams and it will be good if in future that will be taken into consideration to increase the morale of functional team employees.
