Good place to learn with lot of opportunities. Managers won't bug you if you get the job done. Company facilitates learning and faster growth. Ideal company for a fresher

Cons

Poor work-life balance as in a classy service based companies. No benefits, no fancy pay. Not for people who wants to earn faster. Typical Hierarchical management and politics. Pay is not in par with the work. Facilities becomes worse as the company grows. Management pretends to be flat hierarchy and transparent to employees. HR meetings are just eye wash

Good company to start your career as a fresher, you will learn lot technical things. You will get more opportunity in the start of career itself. Work culture you can talk to any one in the company and provide your views and ideas. Easy reachable senior management at any time. Technology wise you can learn many things and opportunity will provided for that. Employees are also well recognized with good positive feedback's and guidance with good rewards to encourage us. Many of long term employees are still there in the concern Ex:- 10 years completed person has been there in numbers. Form my end I have started my career as fresher and reached good levels in the organization by getting the right opportunity this has happened to most of the employees here. Best company to start and continue and reach a good level in your career.
