none. management promises one thing then does opposite by renegeing on promises made

Cons

workload is impossible they want quantity and discourage quality. I did 2 appeals in 1 day was reprimanded for only doing 2 but they completely ignored that I got both prior denials overturned and generated payment of over $250,000 but was admonished for only doing 2 in 1 day.

If you enjoy being on hold with insurance companies 8 hours of the day, having your work constantly critiqued, and having to write 3-4 appeals a day, or working 50+ hours a week then this is the place for you.
