Pros

The people are mostly great, and working from home was nice.

Cons

There were a lot of deadlines and competing priorities, and I felt stressed all the time. It felt like I never truly left work because I was constantly thinking about all the things I needed to do. Also I worked worked late almost every night. During the interview process, flexibility with being able travel was touted, but it’s practically impossible to actually work from anywhere but your house due to countless policies and procedures put in place to keep you right where you are.

Pros

Aspirion Health Resources is truly on of the most employee friendly companies I have ever worked for. The moment you walk through the door you are greeted with smiling faces and great attitudes. I came into this company about 2 years ago. You notice very quickly that this is a TEAM environment. Employee's go out of their way to help one another, not just at work but in everyday life. The job of claims analyst requires that you be able to use your brain to solve problems, investigate coverage's and find resolutions to complex claims for different hospitals across the country. It is a very challenging job, so if a free ride is what your after then it is probably not the best fit for you. However, with a little effort and a desire to make yourself better, this will be the best place you have ever worked. The employee benefits are like none other. The company pays 70% of your health insurance premiums. You get a free app on your phone called MD live that replaces long hours in waiting rooms and gets immediate treatment for each employee and anyone that lives in the same house as them. You are given a FREE life insurance policy. Monthly bonuses paid out of company profits are better than any other company I have been a part of. We have a great PTO policy. You are able to earn PTO every paycheck at a rate that most companies cant compete with. You have room to grow and move up. If you put in the effort and show up on time, you will get rewarded with career progression opportunities. Employee appreciation parties are thrown each month when the company is successful. The CEO of the company, while demanding effort, has the biggest heart of anyone here. He will literally take time away from his family and dollars out of his own pocket to help any employee in need. He, with the help of the Aspirion team, have made this into one of the fastest growing companies in the country. So if you are looking for a challenge and a HUGE family environment, I highly recommend Aspirion Health Resources.

Cons

There is nothing bad you can say about a company that loves its employees like Aspirion.
