Software data migration broke this company
Pros
Benefits are passable though have not changed much over time either for better or worse.
Cons
Used to be a good place to work actually, lots of friendly people, good work life balance, etc. However the data migration project was mishandled by all management from top to bottom by not involving the proper employees/people from start to finish. It's been 9 months since then and recovery is still in progress. Issues are not being escalated and when they are, major pushback is returned. Lots of fun and competent employees dropped out and now roles aren't even defined anymore and the work load is beyond anything that compensation is supposed to cover. Company parties have been canceled due to the start of the pandemic and have not yet resumed. Though, I rather take a pay raise from the money saved from not doing company parties than restarting anything "party" related that this company has to offer lol.
