Fast growing, always openings to hire

Cons

Early on I saw people leaving on a weekly basis. This continued throughout my first year. There is a lack of professional treatment, employees are lied to by Sr. Leadership, over-promises are made to clients (cannot deliver on time or as completely promised), & they change scope of work/ company focus. Promotional opportunities were non-existent. Employees were kept in positions w/ very little development growth or commitment.

Full support of upper management to shine through work ethic, creative ideas, desire to learn and be all that you can be regardless of education or experience. They truly give opportunity based on how you perform. Everyone is willing to share knowledge.

Cons

There is some fat that needs to be trimmed. We could use some lean manufacturing principals applied to process. No educational programs/support.

Cons

CTO from hell, will go out of his way to make you feel stupid. No real organizational structure. Company considers it a VIRTUE when entire teams work till 2 in the morning for 14 days straight before a big launch rather than a sign of failure in the leadup. C-Level spent a company wide meeting the day after the 2016 election whining about Donald Trump, which is totally inappropriate.
