Pros

None this company is a joke as long as they keep current management in place.

Cons

They still have the same trim the fat mentality that keeps them on the search for new talent. Note to new talent, any good reviews on this company can only be management trying to lure the next victim.

Pros

If you worked there, 3 years ago and before Neil the tyrant CTO. Good employees that are not in management roles. Free snacks for now.

Cons

Managment teams do not listen to their employees when advice is offered. All managers and directors are power hungry and think they can run the whole company by them self. Managment does not hire right ppl for right positions and they unload work on other ppl that should not be doing that type of work. No educational reimbursement for the roles they put you in. High turnover in managment roles. CTO has no ppl skills.

Pros

Snack room, cheap coffee, snacks, pretty building, free parking, air conditioning. Healthcare benefits, 401k (not that you will be there long enough).

Cons

3-5 employees were fired every other month. We would hire someone and a few months later...Fire them. Mismanagement, old habits and endless hours of work. I was a parent that never saw his kids past sitting behind my computer screen. Half my day was spent hearing people talking about their job interviews to leave than work including every form of management. The president of the company sent a few threatening emails about it with a link to a job recruiter. Backstabbing was endless here it seemed and no one seemed to want to take the blame for their actions. In 1.5 years I saw at 30-40 people go out. Most project managers, Vice Presidents, IT directors, accountants, multiple QA managers and endless development managers, Human Resources, developers and QA gone by the bundle. Just a hint: the 2 year old company photo posted with everyone wearing a fake google glass and a suit jacket. Look for how many still work there.

In a rapidly growing company it can be difficult to blend employees and business needs but we are always looking to make improvements. We work hard to make sure that work-life balance is built into our culture and will continue to work on new solutions.
