Pros

Mostly love working here! Most of my team have enough work to stay employed while working and getting real experience full-time elsewhere. They have cheap health insurance. As long as you fly under the radar enough you won't be given too much work from management. It's really great as a second income. All workers can go remote as long as your manager approves. Low stress levels and not bad pay for the work expected.

Cons

Not something you want on a resume but most people aren't there for that anyways. It does pay well enough to be a primary income.

Pros

Good place to get your foot in the door before moving on. They will hire about anybody from the warehouse. They are very flexible with your qualifications. Stable company.

Cons

This is definitely not a place to make a career. They will say you get to use new technologies then stick you on 40 year old code or dead end projects. Promotions are purely based on politics and who cannot do their current job so they need to move them. Leadership up the line have no idea what they are doing or how to communicate. I am trying to move on but the skills I am using are not helpful for career progression.

Cons

Work is stale. They are stuck in the past. Morale is incredibly low. Leadership have zero communication and technical skills. No growth opportunities.
