Pros
Beautiful Corporate office, Free parking at all locations, large geographical reach, good IT/EMR support, competent staff, friendly atmosphere, employee events/engagement, adequate training, opportunities to work remote (for some staff in certain circumstances), multitude of services/opportunities to learn, mostly enjoyable/approachable clinicians, they sent me a BEAUTIFUL bouquet when I was hospitalized & were very helpful & understanding of the situation (which happened twice in a short period of time for 2 weeks each)
Cons
I had a horrible boss but her boss was very helpful & genuinely listened to concerns, onboarding/interview process was long, some locations are VERY outdated, some cliquey staff members, mediocre salaries (not horrible), some arrogant clinicians, I was let-go on a technicality without any opportunity to explain the situation
