Pros

I Love Working Here. We have a flexible / hybrid work from home model with no real mandatory days in the office. As long as my work is complete, I am able to set my day as I need to get stuff done. Lots of Manager flexibility. If you are self motivated, this is a great place to work. New focus on Core Values, and I see a lot of Managers taking it seriously. Just improved PTO program. Blue Cross / Blue Shield.

Cons

Work from Home is great for my life right now, but I do want to see how the next few years goes. They are trying to do activities to get people to come into the office and connect voluntarily.
