-Be expected to pick up pieces when a customer is upset over a mistake by anyother dept. You are the face of the company and the customer will treat you the service tech as the over all company.
- Constant overall large load of work to be completed
-The code of conduct does not apply to the Eagan Branch (certain managers have no problem geting in your face over the stupidist thing yelling and swearing)
- No contact with HR, as a feild service slave you report all inncidents to your manager most if not all are not reported and gone to the wasteside
