Pros

-Room to grow and/or get promoted. -Good Benefits -401k Match 100% up to 6% match -Good health insurance -Good Dental insurance -Time off / vacation time is good -Discounts on vacation packages / flights / services / products -Stock Discount of 10% on buying stock in the company -Overall great company

Cons

-Very Corporate you're a # -Pay Raises are industry standard but you are a # and you will have to get good #'s from QA to get a raise. -Raises are usually ranging from 2-4% of your salary each year. Not enough with the way inflation and cost of living is going in most areas of the country lots of co-workers have had to relocate to lower cost of living cities due to this. The pay is too low for the cost of living in St Petersburg Florida or most of Florida for that matter. -High Stress -Sit Down Job not good for your health long term.
