      Pros

      I've been with the company for almost a decade. Great leadership, benefits, communication.

      Cons

      Less of an IT shop nowadays and sadly we don't get too many contracts for that, so had to pivot.

      Pros

      ACS employs high performing professionals who are also great teammates and kind, wonderful people.

      Cons

      ACS is a growing company so there are limited opportunities to make big changes within the company (but progress is being made!)

      Pros

      Fascinating work, accessible/humble/collaborative/transparent management that takes an interest in me, treated like the subject matter expert that I am, compensation above average for the market, very affordable benefits and discretionary PTO. Management is not holier-than-thou and wants to hear how it can improve. Great happy hours and holiday party where no one talks about work.

      Cons

      Overall, I have very little negative to say about Assured Consulting Solutions. The other negative reviews here surprise me because that's not been my experience at all. I would appreciate more one-on-one time with my manager to determine how I can get promoted and realize the position I want for myself at ACS.
