Pros

Aston Carter does a phenomenal job of providing development and constant feedback to its employees. High accountability and motivation. The company has come a long way in encouraging a work-life flow. Staffing agency is fast-paced, and the effort you put in, usually leads to rewards.

Cons

Trust in colleagues. Sometimes feels cliquey. Acceptance and implementation of employee feedback to leadership could improve. Benefits are okay.

Pros

Good culture (at least at my local office), provides ample training and resources, and ability to make good money for performance. Leadership knows how to push people hard to produce.

Cons

Struggle to compete and differentiate from other top competitors. Underwent a lot of change internally from ~2020-2024 and lost good leadership. Although leadership knows how to push people to produce, sometimes there's disconnect between how to accomplish that and annual "initiatives" from senior leadership; only leads to salespeople doing a lot of busy work and additional documentation, that seems to only be a way for said leadership to provide documentation that they tried something. Forcing employees to do "creative" ways to document three different ways, and never focusing on actual ROI from said sales initiatives. Also each year they slowly transfer the financial burden on the individual sellers, by reducing potential commission on the same sales to bring back to the company.

Pros

Decent pay, good culture, easy interview process, great job opportunity. I really liked the people I worked with, we were remote and encouraged to get outside and take breaks and take care of ourselves while being "stuck at home" all day for work. I appreciated the guidance received from my manager, everyone was kind and welcoming.

Cons

I had to leave when hours were changed and I was unable to accommodate them, unfortunately. It was a confusing process to leave and who I was to contact regarding the situation.
