      Pros

      The culture is great and very welcoming. Very flexible with working from him when needed. Average benefits.

      Cons

      You will get burnt out very easily. Very inconsistent industry. You don’t start making commission until after a 13 week training period in which you make $16.75/hr. You don’t make any real money unless you are one of their top performers.

      If you were looking for a job right after college, this is an amazing opportunity. If you are seasoned in your work experience, I highly suggest that you look elsewhere. In the recruiting coordinator role, there is work life flexibility, zero micromanagement, efficient communication between supervisors and employees, and opportunities for bonuses. If you are on top of your numbers and performing as needed, you will succeed in this role.

      The overall pay is the downfall of this job. The salary starts at $45,000 a year. You have the opportunity to make up to $52,000 a year by the time you receive your quarterly bonuses.

      This company have a family feel. They all get along and go out together a lot! If you are into events and drinking and food, great atmosphere!

      Cons

      No real management that help you to thrive. You either fail or succeed on your own. If you do not do well, they say “it just happens” and moves on. No real training implemented other than specific numbers to hit. A lot of in office gossip as well!
