- My manager notices and rewards me when I am doing a good job - My team members are incredibly passionate and hard-working. They genuinely care about improving the healthcare system - Freedom and flexibility and trust from my manager to get my own work done with little micromanagement

Cons

- Fast-paced. Must be a self-starter and able to work with limited guidance - Organization. The company is growing rapidly and not all departments talk to each other. This has improved significantly over the past year but there is still work to be done.

Pros

Highly challenging and intellectually rigorous work environment. Love my team, and feel like I have meaningful and high-impact projects to work on constantly. Very fast paced and meritocratic - you are given as much responsibility as you are ready to take on and encouraged to take initiative. Work life balance is reasonable - work can sometimes run later during the week in busy times but weekends are basically always free.

Cons

Start-up like environment may not be for everyone.

Pros

Leadership team have great visions and skillsets. Culture is getting better and better recently. Turnover rate keeps getting lower. Lot of changes in the benefit package, which shows that the leadership team truly care about the employees, and the company now is more employee-centric.

Cons

The office needs a lot of TLC. Some of IT equipment needs to be replaced as they are too old.
