Amazing company to work for. Management from top person in the company to the janitor treat you nice. Full time plenty of overtime and great benefits.

Cons

Pay can be a little better and the busy seasons can be tough on the body from all the work.

renovated offices, new IT technology, upgraded phone system and company re-branding

Cons

senior management. The new president, HR and CFO are cost cutting fiends and all at the expense of people and wages. This is done so the company numbers look desirable to investors. In reality morale is low and customer service is deplorable. The very people who pay us, our customers, are no longer viewed as customers but as $$ signs. They bottom line is the holy grail to these dogs and they really should be ashamed of what they've created! To my dismay, I tell you that this is not a friendly company any longer or a desirable one to work at.

Everyone was nice from the janitor to the President always came by shook my hand and said good mourning or good afternoon. I worked second shift plant 2 were the labels were made and shipped.

Cons

Not really anything bad to say. Every day was a good day.
