Pros

Company focuses on work-life balance. Flexible hybrid-remote work, flexible hours. Great people.

Cons

Ballard Technology business unit being swallowed up by AES affiliate. Multiple teams moved down to Kirkland/Redmond, and Everett facility condensed into 1/5 the space. Compensation is lower than market, though they are taking some steps to try to correct that.

Pros

Great environment to hit the ground running and learn on the fly to get experience.

Cons

Little to no training - expected to pick things up on the fly. Depended on manager and project, but often expected to work long hours to meet overly aggressive deadlines. Pay felt below average
