People are very helpful, care about each other. There are lots of opportunities to connect and do things outside of work. Management feels mistakes are learning opportunities and are open to feedback. Nice bonuses for ALL employees. Good work-life balance. Challenging work. Lots of new product design - more than the typical aerospace company.

Cons

It's a bit crowded from growth - management is working on another new facility.
