It is hard to come up with one pro, except that if you have friends in the upper ranks, you are protected, and do not have to work much.

Cons

A legacy defense company, but too small to compete with the big guys. Full of insiders who have no idea of the real world or new ideas. It is hard to figure out what the management is trying to do. No wonder the management is only short term focused, and trying to survive every month.
