Decent but terrible pay for bottom line
Pros
There is a good work life balance, you can work 4, 10's which is what mostly everyone at the company does and they are generous with you being able to put in and take time off. They offer good benefits besides their 401k which is only 3%. The people you work with are friendly as well. They offer tuition reimbursement (if you pass the classes)
Cons
This job can suck the joy out of your life with how boring and monotonous it is but it is at least easy. You will be standing for long hours. The starting pay is not worth the amount of work you need to do as you get more experienced and learn much more job responsibilities that rotate every week. You get a raise every year your part of the job and it entirely depends on your performance on how much it increases by but were literally talking a 30 cent difference from being a person who just does their job well but is not a high performer to one that is (67 cents to 95 cents). I can only recommend this job to people who need a company to pay for their schooling other then that you're better off someplace else.
