Business Outlook
Pros
Very good culture as far as value/behaviors, customer focus, intent for growth ( growth by new customers and expanded markets and penetration (real growth for the business, not just a strategy to extract maximum profit from customers and the workforce as possible)).
Cons
Pro and con. There can be a large emphasis or over emphasis on consensus /getting everyone on board ( other business units and departments that have a siloed view). I believe it is/can be important in many cases but at some points some departments or business units can be focused on their own territories over the larger initiative.
