-One (or a few) bad apples and some leadership bad moves ruined the experience...
-Passively aggressive, micromanaging, telling-half-truths immediate supervisor who secretly plays team off of one another.
-Executive team promoted themselves and hired new leadership positions of questionable/redundant value (and with questionable experience) to Sr VP levels to make it look like a much more experienced company ahead of IPO on Japan market while low-balling raises of rest of staff.
-No thank you, no why are you leaving, don't let the door hit you in the rear on the way out from executive management.
-Strategy of focusing on software with no in-house hardware vertical integration makes it tough to compete on price due to cost roll-ups.
