Potential to make good money Leadership and colleagues were all very kind

Cons

Forced to sell a product that most consumers don't want or need They don't care if the customer is dying or just lost a loved one, if they are eligible, you should try to sell them Other agents can be loud and rowdy while you're on a phone call trying to help an upset customer Feels wrong morally to try and sell somebody who just needs help activating their phone
