Unlimited PTO and some limited ability to WFH.

Cons

If you value creating high quality, well tested solutions that are easy to maintain using best practices but are unfortunate enough to have a non-technical manager you will be miserable. They are incapable of evaluating your work against that of your peers regardless of how bloated, insecure, out dated, and undocumented the spaghetti is, it dosent matter so long as they deliver it on time! The top-talkers are rewarded with more opportunities, larger projects, promotions, and higher raises! You will end up being underpaid, working on projects the manager doesn't even realize is well above your level based on your role profile without any path to promotion and no one is going to question it.

Pros

Good benefits, reasonable salary, parental leave and PTO are solid. Diversity is good on the surface level, but no room for advancement at the end of the day unless you are a white male.

Cons

Leadership does not care about its people. When a new leader comes into your department, they will micromanage you and gaslight you until you are so miserable that you quit. White males are the only ones who get ahead. They force people to work in person even when that creates great hardship.
