* The PR and recruiting teams paint Asurion as a "tech company," but it's really just an insurance company pretending to be tech-y * Uninspiring work projects * Lots of legacy technologies being "phased out" (over the course of many years) * Upper management seems to prioritize the (non-revenue-generating) Soluto organization over core (revenue-generating) business segments * Internal promotions and pay raises are few and far between (and the raises are not at all commensurate with the rest of the tech industry)
