Pros

It's a job -- but you make $8 and get very few hours based on it the CSS manager likes you or not. Cannot earn a living wage here - probably best for someone still in high school

Cons

Exhausting strenuous work in an understaffed environment. Management likes to play favorites with the employees and will cut your hours as "discipline". No employee support whatsoever. They have no ethics and participate in some shady behavior because of lack of knowledge on the part of some managers as to the legality of what they do and since it was always quoted as corporate was on board with any decision I have to think this apple is rotten to the core.

Pros

They paid for you to travel to other stores

Cons

Management above store level was horrible, put in a work order they come back with a smart crack comment like go buy paint remover and pour it on side walk it’ll be fine, make you work through a pandemic and give no hours for staff only the salaried who have to work and give them no support or help just figure it out and make us money. They’ll throw away a loyal employee without doing an investigation into it. They threaten to force you to pay something back you never took without any physical proof it went missing. They care about nobody but themselves and making the corporate monkeys money. The products they sell are dirt cheap they would come in broken all the time or damaged and they’d say discount it and sell it. Roaches in the check out area when candy is located at. The corporate office will ask you to redo 25000 sq feet of a department in 8 hours with 2 people and expect perfect validation pictures with no excuses why it can’t be done.

Pros

It's a great workout and the people are friendly to work with.

Cons

Very cheap Company, only cares about how much money they make. Pay is below the current average wages, training is very inadequate, and there are never enough staff on payroll to complete the jobs, so you are always underwater and not good enough according to management.
