      I can't think of any.

      Cons

      They will over work you as a salary manager and they have now made it to have more salaried employees to work them even more. They give you no payroll and you get 3 trucks a week to unload and get to the floor. No support from DM or upper management, just make credit, sales and get the task completed on little or no payroll.
