Good benefits and salary. The people are great. Other benefits are really nice like EE discount and sample sale (i.e. free sidewalk sale for EE's).

Cons

Recent upper management changes since CEO retired makes things a little chaotic.

The leadership at my store was supportive and helpful. Pay was okay with opportunities for annual bonuses.

Cons

Large store to navigate, people constantly stealing. I didn't like having to push people for credit cards.
