Fun place to work. Coworkers are great. Nice discount. Great casual dress code. Customers love the store. Not stressful. Employees are happy.

Cons

If this is your only job you are not given enough hours. Hours and opportunities for advancement seem to be based on favoritism. One part timer gets over 30 hours a week, while others get less then 20 hours. Not fair!

Pros

Positive/helpful co-workers. Managers took the time to know associates and encourage them. 25% discount on home items.

Cons

Low hours, customers not being able to find help on the floor, having to clean restrooms, No set planogram (made it hard to do re-shop), CSA's were stuck on registers (could not leave registers, plus only one was there for the most part), Could not assist customers with carryout-outs (meaning no touching of their doors or seats to load something).
