Pros

I worked with some great, very talented people. Company is growing very quickly.

Cons

Work/life balance. Everyone works insane hours. Poor decision making is holding the company back. Multiple bad decisions have cost the company hundreds of thousands of dollars Back end systems are antiquated and IT staffing levels are well below what they should be. Attrition in IT is astronomical.

Best reason to work at Garden Ridge isthat you get to work in a high speed work environment, so your never bored

Cons

Downside is that you have some workers thinking their are more than you, despite that their in the same position that you are in.
