Upper management acted like "mean girls". Called out employees dressed in past season clothing instead of focusing on what a great job they were doing. Little to no budget for training both managers and employees. Awful communication and no desire to act on feedback from field. My store hit so many of the goals but all we heard was negativity. Made all store employees including store management feel disposable. Upper management plays favorites and if you are not a favorite or if you speak your opinion, you are constantly under suspicion.

Horrible pay for customer experience lead. I was passed over twice for a higher position for people that I still have to train on many aspects of the store. I was also told I could not make more than $14/hour when someone who was promoted after me,to the same position, is making $16/HR and she has no clue what she's doing. The leadership direction is unclear as they promote only people who brown nose their way to the top making for a catty and unnecessary cutthroat environment were people feel the need to take down each other. This is not at all reflective of the new mission. The company is still growing and trying to learn itself but it never sticks to an ideal long enough to see if it will work in the long run.
