      Don't trust how many hours they say they will give you

      Pros

      Almost all the people there are nice and not too gossipy. I was worried it would have a kind of sorority vibe when I applied there

      Cons

      THEY HIRED 33 SALES ASSOCIATES ALONG WITH 5 SUPERVISORS FOR ONE SMALL STORE. I was told I would get anywhere from 15 to 30 hours a week. I haven't had more than 4 hours a week in over 2 MONTHS. My paychecks don't even cover what I pay in gas much less any kind of real living expense. I've talked with the other employees and this seems to be the norm.

      Pros

      You get a great discount at store and Gap Inc. owned stores. Decent hourly wage.

      Cons

      Not a lot of hours given. Managers and assistant mangers are given priority over sales associates who do most of the work.

      Pros

      The team we've built here in Dallas is great - our GM is a good leader - shout out Janet. The two managers under her Naxiheli and Haneen are beyond helpful and super great to work with. Definitely have seen this store come through the trenches over the last 5 years!!

      Cons

      Our new "CEO" is proving very quickly through policy changes that HE doesn't know our brand and company and what we do and provide. He doesn't fit our culture or brand in anyway shape or form . We are not like the frufru brands he's likely used (given his history on linkedin) the only other con is that we lost a great leader in Hector and that role that he occupied as the AGM has been a revolving door. Its basically equivalent to the defense against the dark arts role in which there was a new person in that role every year....its getting old ....put someone in who can last
