      Once great culture, mission, focus on sustainability, community, people

      Cons

      Culture that was once focused on the ability to innovate and drive creativity is now being taken down by Gap, Inc. All the focus is on standardization and making Athleta just like all the other Gap Inc brands that have failed. Old Navy has separated so it can be different. If Athleta does not do the same, Athleta will fall victim to the Gap, Inc machine just like Gap and Banana Republic have. It’s a matter of time.

      Supportive leadership in corporate, open to feedback from GM's, excellent growth opportunities, transparent style of coaching is encouraged.

      Cons

      Not many, fast growing brand so you must be comfortable with change to be successful.
