      Flexible schedule (depending on FM) You get to know and form a bond with patients

      Cons

      Low pay considering the OC job is so much work, upper management is disconnected from what really occurs inside the clinics, communication and onboarding is terrible, things are always changing so there is no way to get into a flow of things.

      Pros

      I work with a great team, thanks to having a great clinic manager. Good variability with clinicians with a mix of more experience clinicians and recent graduates. They provide a lot of learning opportunities (CEU and professional development).

      Cons

      High volume of patients are expected to be seen. Upper management seems disconnected with the experience of treating patients and some of the expectations are unrealistic at times.

      co-workers are fantastic everyone works as a team. Patients are fantastic.

      Cons

      clinic managers can't leave home life at the door. company expects a lot for such little pay for all positions. raises are supposed to be once a year after yearly review, yet there are people waiting a year and a half later and clinic managers are giving out raises to whoever they please whenever they please. clinic managers are not reviewed ever. company keeps secrets about clinic closings especially for the people that in the "need to know circle"
