      They took away bonuses for this position. There is no room for moving up in the company. Consistently adding more responsibility without increasing pay or taking away other responsibilities

      Struggle for work life balance, good therapists

      continuing ed options, supportive co-workers, therapists are usually highly skilled and trustworthy, nice facilities and available equipment/modalities, opportunities to develop speciality skills, can grow in marketing/relationship building skills as you are expected to do so many encounters with mostly doctors/referral sources (could be a pro or con depending on the person)

      Work > personal life approach (if you’re overloaded or burnt out, solution is to primarily discuss how you can adjust your time outside of work or be more efficient while at work/minimal flexibility on upper management end), new CEO in the last year or so shifted to what felt like decreased patient-care/experience focus, salary: min 9.5-10 hour days/5 days a week/minimum of 2 late nights, consistent extra “asks” outside of case load, disconnect between upper management and clinic level
